As a Senior UI Designer for Linksys, I helped shape the control experience for a new generation of home WiFi devices. 

For many people, setting up a new home network can be a daunting task often leading to frustration and support calls for help. Our team aimed to solve this, using an intuitive mobile app for setup that walking users through each step.

Using an in-house user testing facility, we tested different iterations of the setup flow, optimizing for the most successful setup routines for experienced and novice users.
